What is DUI School?
The State of Nevada has a series of tiered responses to DUI offenses called "Levels." The Level I DUI School is an educational course while Levels II, II-X. and III include a group therapy component. While Level I is commonly considered for first time offenders, individuals may be referred to higher levels based on a number of factors such as having an elevated BAC (Blood Alcohol Content) or situations involving multiple DUIs. Advanced DUI School offers clients mandated to Level II, II-X & III programs the same consideration and compassionate treatment as seen by Level I clients. Please call (775) 233-5316 for more information on our outstanding programs. Level I DUI School is typically offered in two, four hour classroom sessions including hourly breaks of ten minutes. The two classroom sessions (often called Class A and Class B) must be offered on different days per State of Nevada regulations. DUI School
parameters are set forth by Nevada State law. This includes the regulation and
licensing of instructors and DUI
