Enrollment is Easy!

Starting the process is easy and only takes a few minutes.

Complete the form below, click send and your court will be notified of your enrollment by the following business day!

All that is left to do is to pick your class day & time and you are on your way to court compliance!

Please Note the following stipulations and restrictions:

Failure to provide all information in the requested manner will result in nullification of enrollment as will submission of inaccurate information.

Clients who fail to attend their initial class within three weeks of enrollment will be defaulted and the court notified of this action.

Advanced DUI School and state regulations require the client to agree, in writing, to guidelines concerning class attendance, tardiness, behavior, and successful completion. State regulations also mandate that all in attendance present as abstinent and remain so through class times. Failure to sign the Client Agreement will result in non-enrollment/default. A copy of the Client Agreement is available by request.

Advanced DUI School reserves all rights of refusal of service to anyone for any reason.
